1. What KongTrades is

KongTrades is a trading journal: a tool for recording your own trades and calculating statistics about them. It is made and sold by Taksh Parmar, Surat, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By using KongTrades you agree to these terms.

2. Not investment advice

KongTrades does not provide investment advice, research, recommendations, tips, calls or signals. Nothing in the app or on this website tells you to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, currency or crypto asset. Neither KongTrades nor its seller is registered as an investment adviser, research analyst, broker or dealer with any regulator, including SEBI (India), the SEC or FINRA (United States) and the FCA (United Kingdom). Labels such as "Real edge", "Could be luck" or "Losing" are statistical descriptions of your own past trades. They are not predictions, and past results do not guarantee future results. Trading carries a risk of loss, and you alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

3. No broker connection

KongTrades never connects to your broker account and cannot place, modify or cancel orders. Any import uses files you download and choose yourself.

4. Your data

Your journal is stored only on your device. You're responsible for keeping backups, because we never hold a copy and can't recover data deleted from your device. See the privacy policy.

5. Free plan and paid plans

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown in the app.
  • The paid plans (Starter, Pro and Elite) are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page and in the app. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price you agreed to at checkout, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in the app (Settings → Licence → Manage or cancel) or through the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays on for a short grace period while it is retried. If payment still doesn't succeed, the plan ends. Your trades are never deleted or locked: you can always view, edit, back up and export them.
  • If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first. Founding members keep their original price for as long as their subscription stays active.
  • Your licence is for your own personal use on your own devices. Don't share, resell or publish your licence key, and don't try to get around the licence check. We may cancel keys that are shared publicly.

6. Payments

Orders in US dollars are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles payment, tax, billing and refunds for them. Orders in Indian rupees are sold directly by Taksh Parmar, and the payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian rupees to buyers in India and in US dollars everywhere else; rupee plans can be bought only from India. For US dollar plans, any sales tax or VAT is calculated for your country and shown at checkout. Rupee prices include any tax due.

8. Accuracy

We work hard to make the calculations correct, but imports depend on file formats from brokers and other platforms, which can change. Charge estimates (brokerage, taxes and similar) are approximations, so always check your broker's statements. KongTrades is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from the use of KongTrades. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update KongTrades and these terms. Important changes will be announced on this website and, for subscribers, by email. Continuing to use KongTrades after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your own country. Disputes are subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India, unless your local law gives you the right to bring them where you live.
