Digital product, no shipping

KongTrades is software that runs in your web browser. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

The app

The app is available straight away on this website. Open it and start, or install it to your home screen from your browser.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Elite)

After a successful payment you're taken back to KongTrades and your plan switches on automatically, usually within a minute. You'll also get a receipt email from our payment partner. If your plan doesn't switch on, open Settings → Licence and tap "Check now", or write to takshparmar2004@gmail.com with your receipt and we'll activate it within 24 hours.

Using your plan on another device

Settings → Licence → Copy key, then paste it on the other device, or restore a backup there (backups include your licence).
