Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 22 October 2026

Try before you subscribe

KongTrades is free for your first 30 trades, and the built-in demo shows every screen of every plan with sample data. Please try both, so you know exactly what each plan gives you.

14-day money-back on your first payment

If your plan isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason. Write to takshparmar2004@gmail.com with the email address (or, for rupee payments, the phone number) you paid with, or use the link in your receipt email. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. When a refund is made, the subscription and its licence key are cancelled.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date (the app shows it in Settings → Licence). Renewal payments aren't refunded, except when you were charged by mistake (for example twice) or where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.

How to cancel

In the app: Settings → Licence → Manage or cancel (US dollar plans) or Stop renewing (rupee plans). Or use the link in any receipt email; for rupee plans you can also cancel the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app. It takes a couple of taps. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and your trades always stay yours.

Payments partner

Orders in US dollars are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles payment, tax, billing and refunds for them. Orders in Indian rupees are sold directly by Taksh Parmar, and the payment is processed securely by Razorpay.
